Your future core tasks:
Project responsibility
- Responsibility for comprehensive, critical, high-risk, extensive projects in the field of permanent stimulation electrodes in cardiology and neurology
Project planning
- Communication with customers and product managers
- Definition of overall projects and work packages
- Assessment of requirements as well as create, control and complete Requirement Specifications
- Estimation and calculation of costs
- Conduct technical feasibility studies and risk assessments
- Set up time schedules and workflows, if necessary incorporate them into the overall plan, define milestones
Controlling of projects
- Monitor and control resources, material costs, development costs, costs of aids, interfaces
- To control supplying departments (internal and external),services and deadlines in detail
- In case of deviations propose corrective measures and push ahead with implementation
- Document interim results and create reports
Development of products, components
- Product and component development, design and preparation of drawings
- Convene and lead project meetings (e. g. reviews, risk analyses, FMEA, pFMEA)
- Preparation and control of assembly and inspection procedures
- Plan, prepare and carry out tests
- Coordination with other departments involved to ensure economic manufacturability
Development of manufacturing and installation processes
- Process development including their safety and profitability, assessment of process risks
- Organization and implementation of pFMEAs
- Demonstrate process stability, validation of processes (IQ, OQ, initial PQ); use of statistical methods
- In cooperation with Manufacturing Engineering, develop and prove the practical suitability / capability of processes
Product approval documentation
- Proof / Verification and development of compliance with the essential requirements, development and (organisation of) preparation of the regulatory documentation
- Planning, preparing and carrying out the necessary research, tests and validations
For this position we are looking for a dynamic employee (m/f/d):
- Completed technical studies or technical professional education
- High level of readiness of mind, analytical thinking and willingness to learn
- Good knowledge of MS-Office and ability to use simple applications of ERP system
- Knowledge of statistics
- User knowledge with 3D CAD systems
- Excellent teamwork and the ability to work independently
- English on Business level
- Preferable several years of professional experience in the field of permanent electrodes
