Medical Device Company OSYPKA stays in family hands.
President and CEO Peter Osypka, Ph.D. who founded the company over 32 years ago and developed innovative products for pediatric and adult cardiac surgery, electrophysiology, cardiac rhythm management and interventional cardiology, hands the company leadership over to his daughter Nicola Osypka, PhD.
Nicola joined OSYPKA in Germany 5 years ago, after spending 12 years in the United States.
Peter Osypka will join the Board of Directors.
